  • Seek tax clearance from the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS).
  • Settle all outstanding employment issues, such as paying of salary.
When to cancel
  • Within 1 week after the LOC holder’s last day of notice.

  • Employer or appointed Employment Agent (EA)

  • Log in to EP Online.
  • Cancel the Letter of Consent (LOC).
